Is it just me or are dealerships lazy and just donít care about customer service?
If I were a dealer and knew that there was an issue and a fix for a new bike....I would make damn sure the service bulletin was done BEFORE I gave it to the customer.
Love a Honda Motorcycle, I cant stand their service department.
Trust me, there is so much training and learning to go through on these new bikes it's easy for things to be overlooked. It's been almost two full model years and I'm still learning about these amazing bikes. To say that they are technically complicated is a vast understatement. Even Honda is still learning.
