OK, stupid question, is the kill switch in the run position?

yep, with ignition on, turning the kill switch to on is when the PGM-FI malfunction indicator lamp comes on.

I know this might sound crazy, but hold the start button in and slowly move the kill switch back and forth. I just had to replace my right hand switch assembly because the kill switch had gone bad and was doing what yours appears to be doing.

What does light up with the key on?

I know your neutral light doesn't come on, but what if anything does?

I have a 2010 as well.

They is a gear position sensor involved.
Possibly came unhooked.

seems all the other lights come on as they should, OD light does come on

how much did that assembly cost you? Did you replace it yourself, if so, how hard was it?
