Radio Cover

Why is it that the 1500 had a cover that went over the radio buttons, but the 1800 does not...

If you're asking about the water seal, the 1800 has one under the buttons.

Ride often. Ride far. Ride safe and do much more of both.
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach him how to surf the GWOF and he won't bother you for weeks, maybe months
I'll be waitin' for you at the end of the road.
If everything had gone as planned, it would not have been an adventure.

Darren, like Randy mentioned, the 1800 just doesn't need the extra rain protection that the 1500 radio buttons needed. Its called "New and Improved".

Don't start a thread asking where the cassette player is located.

I've had 2 with no cover and haven't seen one on any of the bikes that I see around town.

It's never too late to have a happy childhood!

I had one on my 1500. Only time I used it was when I washed the bike.

I had one for my 93 and used it at night when traveling, even with the bike cover on. Just wanted to keep the dew from settling in.
