GEN 1 Flasher

I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get to the Turn Signal Flasher easier while changing out my Air Filter. I have been thinking of replacing the Turn bulbs with LEDs and that will require a Load Equalizer or different Flasher. And I need to change my Air Filter anyway so that would be a good time to accomplish both agendas.

It's not the destination, but the getting there.

Nope. The flasher is behind the meter panel . Don't know about 2001- 2005 but I think that the 2012 - 2017 are easier to change out the flasher unit. The 2006 -2008 are a pita.
