I realize this might be a long shot, but about two Sundays ago, I went to stretch out my legs onto my highway pegs whilst cruising down the interstate at about 75 MPH.
My right foot lands squarely on the peg.
My left one hits the ground while moving. I look over at the peg to see if it has been folded in, and noticed it was gone.
I then look in my side mirror, and see the peg tumbling down the interstate. Somehow the screw worked itself out of the peg, and separated at the mounting bracket.
Is there any way to purchase/acquire a new peg without buying an entire new left and right set?
I've got a set of Kuryakyn that I'd part with at a very good price. I replaced them with a different brand. And since you're in Fredericksburg I won't charge you for delivery.
And to think I threw away a pair, when I bought my wing from the original owner who let the bike hit the ground and the peg swiveled up and put a hole in the valve/sparkplug cover.
