May get to start riding my Wing again!!!

According to forecasts, finally about Aug. 28th, the high temps are going to finally drop to 95F or lower and with the humidex not 104+. The high temps we have been having around here for the last few weeks has made it painful to ride after about 11am.

Have been off the wing for about 6 weeks, just do [email protected]#% hot. And now that I am off of summer vacation and back at school, where they keep the building at 72, it gives me a heat head ache to ride home..... so have been caging it for the last 2 weeks to work and will have to again for this coming week... that is depressing...... ready to start riding the Wing to work!!!

Hope you can get back to riding soon. I'm hoping I can get out for a short ride in the next day or two.

I let mine sit anytime it's predicted above 90. Today it's supposed to be 86, so guess what I'm riding to work?!

Longtime rider, beginning with a Z50R that was too big for me.

(apparently Photobucket now sucks, so no more States I've ridden in map)

Well, in comparison, at least I have the option of putting on more (warmer) duds. Hope you get riding again asap!

We're right beside you, D. The Chapter wanted me to work up a mid-week breakfast ride for the retired members. Heh, Heh. "OK. Feet up at 6am, ride two hours, stop for breakfast close to where we started, home before 10am." So far the only rider that has said he's in is the guy who made the original request. He said his wife thinks were both idiots.

Ride often. Ride far. Ride safe and do much more of both.
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach him how to surf the GWOF and he won't bother you for weeks, maybe months
I'll be waitin' for you at the end of the road.
If everything had gone as planned, it would not have been an adventure.
