Angry My seat warmer is on, but the control is on "Off"

Has anybody else had this problem: My 2009 Wing's seat warmers are both turned "off", but they are heating up my seat. Not a fun thing in Phoenix when the temperature is over 90. Any suggestions?

Garage
Not sure of the wiring for such items but I would say either a relay is stuck closed or the switch contacts are stuck closed even though it's off or quite possibly the thermistor that allows the system to operate at a set temp has gone bad and it thinks it's cold out. Of course what Lee said is a quick way to stop the action.
