There are quite a few folks that have the RIVCO pegs on the new bike. I have seen a post by one person on another forum that took them off as they hurt his hip otherwise everyone else seems pleased.

One of the board sponsors sells them: http://wingstuff.com/products/37969-...?context=rivco and while they show as pre-order I know RIVCO is shipping them now.

I have them on my 2015 and like them a lot. I also have and use Mick-O-Pegs which have a completely different feel.

I found these yesterday when searching for highway pegs. Hopefully I'm allowed to post a link about them and find out if anyone has them installed on their wing https://www.ciro3d.com/goldstrikepro...way-peg-mounts
They look interesting.

@Ice Age your fellow Virginian @W1ngin1t has a set of Rivcos. If you sent Mark a PM I'm sure he will share his "Savvy" input

I have to admit to liking the Ciros looks. I know that Wingstuff is carrying both brands fellas.

Also I think member Chrisek may have info on pegs. He rides a ton on his 2018.

i do have the Rivco brand, and while I have purchased the Ciro PASSENGER cruise pegs, I prefer the Rivco brand because they mount much higher. To me it looks like the Ciro will scrape too much. JMHO.

Also...just an FYI....on the Rivco brand I have them adjusted closer to me because I’m only 5’8” with a 29” inseam. And I do believe if your inseam is less than mine pass on the Rivco brand, I think your legs won’t reach the pegs comfortably.

oh and by the way....on the Rivco’s when you install them they make them with soft aluminum screws that will sheer on a tip over to protect your engine. So when you install them follow the torque instructions to the letter! You WILL strip the heads if you over tighten! ( don’t ask how I know) but Rivco thought of everything and shipped extra screws for the boneheaded installers.

This is great information and truly appreciate your insight. I am 5’10 and my inseam is 32 so these should be just right. And definitely agree on same concern Ciro will probably scrap and gotta wonder if they are even comfortable being that low.

I have read the Rivco used with lower air deflectors can be a problem for some riders along with putting your leg into the hot air stream.

You need to have a back rest for these highway pegs to be comfortable.
