Have any of you experienced muscle pain in the neck/ shoulder area? And have you changed something to get rid of it?

I've read articles of raising or lowering the handle bars, and adjusting seating position, and foot positions.

Move your handle bars back and up using a set of spacers. I had the same problem as you and that is what I dd to fix the problem.

Wingstuff and other companies out there sell these. I bought the set that allows three different settings for about $80.

Guyval...I am in Washington State too but about 250 miles from you (Vancouver, WA). Maybe we could meet halfway for lunch sometime.

I have a Utopia backrest and Helibars.

I had back pain before adding the backrest.

Thank you all very much for the help!

At least now I have an idea as to what to do.

Probably risers and adjust the bars a bit.

Maybe a backrest too.

I have a sheep skin to try as well, I kept the one I used on my 02 shadow.

Thanks again,

@Sportznut1

Hey thanks,. Yeah that'd be great.

Maybe meet somewhere on the river 84 or the Washington side on the river I forget the highway number.

We'll have to keep in touch, and if we ride in those directions, let each other know.

Thanks again
Guy
