I have a Sena 20s and Freewire. So far I can have both Freewire and my phone bluetoothed to the 20s but as soon as I stream music it cuts out the the Freewire and I lose use of the cb. Have tried different start up sequences but its always the same results.

I guess I could reset everything and try it with Sena 10u to see what happens there.

Contacted Sena about the issue some of us have with bluetooth music causing Freewire to cut out and just thought I'd pass the info along. Was told same thing is happening to HD owners with the Boom infotainment system and they would pass along the info to technicians.

How is the bike connected to the Freewire?

It has cord that plugs into same spot as you would normally plug into then Freewire bluetooth connects to the 20s.

That is the way I have mine hooked up. I have a 2015 though and no issue. I would test by eliminating the Bluetooth entirely and plug a speaker into the wire to see if it is SENA or the bike.
