Quality of the MP3 thumb drive

Is there a software program or a music equalizer that can be added to the Goldwing Generation II that would increase the quality of sound that comes from the plugged in MP3 thumb drive?

Welcome to the forum, Corlynn. I am not aware of anything like that that would work on the bike's system. If someone else is aware of something, I would be interested. One thing you might look at is the settings for the music files on the thumb drive. If you have your original media, you should be able to copy it in various resolutions (higher bit rate=larger files sizes). depending on what the inadequacies are that you perceive in your music, that may make a difference. The other potential change would be your speakers/headsets/ear buds.

A couple questions first. What bit rate are you recording at? What software are you using to rip?
I have ripped cd's at 128kpbs and the MP3's are near CD quality. They sound 10 times better than any FM station.
A lot of variables involved. There are quite a few programs that will equalize and normalize the audio.
Here's one I used before I got Roxio Creator

There is a setting on the stereo system that boosts everything.
