I camped last night. No service. I'll be posting tonight for two days. I plan to be at Fort Davis tomorrow night, one day early.

Looks like Doug made it to Fort Davis Mountain State Park, TX. Anxious to hear the report. We're with you, Doug and what an awesome ride!

I stopped at a couple of the missile sites in South Dakota last year on the way to RAPID CITY/CODY!!!!!!! Very interesting.

SPOT shows Doug is in Alpine, TX, for the night, very close to Big Bend, a beautiful NP.

I've been going north and south for the past few days. Odd way to go to Florida. But Texas is so big!

Spring break is messing me up. Students need to go back to school!

Oh, you think Spring Break messed you up in Big Bend. Wait till you reach the Gulf Coast. UGH.

Ride often. Ride far. Ride safe and do much more of both.
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach him how to surf the GWOF and he won't bother you for weeks, maybe months
I'll be waitin' for you at the end of the road.
If everything had gone as planned, it would not have been an adventure.

This morning I found a web site listing Spring Break weeks. Happily most are this week or earlier for the eastern schools.

I like Spring Break around my parts. Daily traffic volume is lowered during the week.
