Frankie, haven't done those roads but they do look good and not so much out of your way. Looks like a lot of squiggly roads right before Pikeville, KY; let me know what you think if you do them. Just might have to check it out on a weekend ride. However, I have ridden US19 out of Abingdon, VA, through Tazewell and Bluefield, WV, to 77 and it's a good alternate. Be safe and look forward to seeing you in Marietta!

George just called and this is getting to epic proportions! I was planning a ride and have three set up, a CAT, SAT, and HAT rides. They all meet in the same place for lunch. If everyone likes the one we will have to split up some with that many bikes. If everyone wants to ride different rides then no problems. I didn't plan anything over on the West Virginia side of the river but that is right there too. We are going to have a great time, I know I'm sure looking forward to it.

Frankie, I've ridden a lot of that. Fairly recently on 58 up to Wise. A few years ago all the way up 23 to Huntington where I got on 7 on the Ohio side of the River up to Marietta. It's a great route with big sweeping curves and good road. I recommend it.

Phil, you getting something about a long running script? I can only use the quick reply and quotes won't work for me either.

I'll have maps and we can all go separate or divide into groups, whatever floats your boat. As for who leads, we can flip coins, draw straws........we can decide over some peach. I'm bringing that last jar you gave me.

Quick Reply only......Just keeps on spinning.
@crownfire
As for the Peach, I never leave home without it.
As for the decisions over peach, I don't recommend that.
We can lay out the battle plan, then decide on the captains.
@frankie
I prefer to avoid the Raptor, Hell for Certain and Owl Shat Road myself.
Been there done that and didn't love it.
