I saw that last year but for some reason didn't make it. I'll put it on the calendar and see if we can do it this year.

There is also a Gold Wing traditional ride the first day of the year to Ezell's Fish Camp near Butler, AL. Normally a couple hundred bikes show up for lunch.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm? I do have to be at work at 0800 Monday morning. 600 miles one way. Hmmmm? I am sure the wife would be pretty happy about this. Definitely will keep this in min Biggest obstacle would be weather

Bob I am one of the fellas that didn't realize you were at Red River Gorge. I am 110 miles NW of ya here in little ole Louisville. The Rubiks Cube of destiny would have to happen. I say it is a 25% chance. I am already off work so that is one hurdle covered.

Ralph I had already anticipated making this irde, and a fellow grom Mt. Washington was going to accompany me. Now he says the closeness of New Years Eve would prevent him from riding. As I calculated, to make a SS1k you(actually he) would need to ridae back north at least as far as Goodlettesville to get over 1k miles.
If it is dry and above 35 I intend on making it
