That's a cool run. She will like that.

I know those dates are close to the Missouri MnG, but it may give options. I can contact a couple places to see about rooming discounts.

I would be all in, but I'm already all in for Dustin's amazing route to Missouri.

The long range weather forecast looks like a good couple days for this. Temperatures up to 50 for the high and some clouds, but no rain mentioned.

Except for the Sunday before when I head to Birmingham. But hopefully I can time that to lag behind the rain. There is an English pub style place next to the hotel we are meeting. So Sunday evening I suspect that I will run into my fellow fire coworkers there.

Eff, we’d be there, IF we were still in GA, cold or not. Just too far & cold for the ‘young’ bones now, but y’all will have a blast. a must!

Our Incident Meteorologist was busy, but I got him to look at it this evening.

Friday evening, sunset at 17:23, partly cloudy and a high of 53 during the day and falling into the 40's in the evening. Rain chances increase to 35% at 18:00 and continue overnight. Saturday morning sunrise is 06:35 and rain chance falls off before 09:00 with a morning temperature of 40 and a high of 51 and partly sunny for the day.

So, get to the motel between 15:00 and 16:00. Any eats at the brewery? Grab something and then sample beer. What time they open?

There is talk about another government shutdown that day. So I may be out of work again. If so I will be able to start riding around in the morning and thinking about a stop at the Barber Museum. Or ride around up that way. If no shutdown our meeting doesn't end until noon. Then I was going to ride up to a covered bridge and then up to Guntersville.

I spoke with Speedy this week (ordering oil) and he may be home then. I'll text him and Ralph a plan to see if they want to come by.

We will miss you and Norma. I know you are liking your new place and that's good. Next Fall a Meet-n-Greet in North Carolina?
