Since you didn't mention a state, I'm guessing Texas. I've had good luck with the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. A local chapter in Texas can be found at; http://www.gwrra-tx.org/chapters/chapters.php

Looks like Dallas/Ft. Worth has Chapter R. Good luck.

Dang, with that many Dallas' out there, one could see alot of the country just by heading to Dallas! Just for laughs, if you ever head to Rochester, you could end up in Rochester Alberta, about 30 miles from my place. Don't worry, you'd never confuse the NY city with the village in AB if you ever saw them side by side.
