Snowing up there yet? My sister-in-law said it snowed in Camrose.

Hey Bud... looking for a CDI ignition box ( 2 groups of 4 wires each going into a box) for a 1987 1100 (1099 cc) Shadow CH. I believe they are specific to 1986-1987 or 1987-1988. I've tried a few places (Partzilla, MotoSport) and have been told Honda no longer makes them. Any lead you can come up with would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks and regards,
    Strat

Hi Baduka. May I begin again, if you don't mind? I stupidly posted and got rather harsh to some members. Could you please remove that whole thread? I COMPLETELY understand where I went wrong. I have a much better mindset, and would really appreciate a fresh start. I was responsible COMEPLETELY. Please remove the entire thread, will you please?

    Hi Darrell
    Sorry to bother you.
Just checking if you have heard anything more about this navigation issue?

    Hi
I am not looking for a conversion, it must be my accent (I am Dutch originally)
I am wondering if there is an upgrade available for my existing system.
Like in a new CF card with updated information, maps etc.
    Apologies for the confusion

    Hi Darrell
I just read your reply regarding the CF card for the navigation on the 1800
Here is my question, I have a 2010 GoldWing however, the Navigation system is 2009
Is there an upgrade available up to 2012 in CF format?
If so, can you find out where it would be available if it is still available and how much.
Lots of questions, but it would be nice to know what is possible.
    Thanks in advance, Zakzozeen

I am looking at a lock for the disc, but I would also like to get the lock working. As far as someone swiping the bike, if they can lift 984 lbs., they are a better man than I am. However, being a retired State Trooper, we all know that locks only keep honest people honest. Dirtballs will always be dirtballs! Thank you for the advice and maybe someday we will meet.

Thanks for the welcome. Never been to Alberta, but rode to New Brunswick and took in
Nova Scotia and the Cabot Trail, PEI, up to and along the St. Lawrence Seaway through Quebec and Montreal to the Canadian side of Niagra Fall and then home. Great trip but the roads were a bit tough. The ferry to PEI was amazing, however, something like I'd never experienced with my wing, which looked like a tiny dot tucked in around all of the huge trucks hauling stones, of all things, and tractor-trailers loaded to the top. That was the longest ride my wife and I have ever made, a little over 5,000 miles, but we enjoyed it all; it's a great area to ride. The closest we've ever been to Alberta was when we rode up to Glacier Natl. Park in Montana on our northwest ride a couple of years ago.
