I am looking at a lock for the disc, but I would also like to get the lock working. As far as someone swiping the bike, if they can lift 984 lbs., they are a better man than I am. However, being a retired State Trooper, we all know that locks only keep honest people honest. Dirtballs will always be dirtballs! Thank you for the advice and maybe someday we will meet.

Thanks for the welcome. Never been to Alberta, but rode to New Brunswick and took in
Nova Scotia and the Cabot Trail, PEI, up to and along the St. Lawrence Seaway through Quebec and Montreal to the Canadian side of Niagra Fall and then home. Great trip but the roads were a bit tough. The ferry to PEI was amazing, however, something like I'd never experienced with my wing, which looked like a tiny dot tucked in around all of the huge trucks hauling stones, of all things, and tractor-trailers loaded to the top. That was the longest ride my wife and I have ever made, a little over 5,000 miles, but we enjoyed it all; it's a great area to ride. The closest we've ever been to Alberta was when we rode up to Glacier Natl. Park in Montana on our northwest ride a couple of years ago.

Greetings from South of the Border.
I have a question, about an issue I'm having when I'm logged into the forum,
. For some reason it seem to take several minutes for the Main page to come up, then when I click on Active Topics another 2 to 5 minutes, The page goes white and just set there. When I select thread it's the same thing. It sometimes speeds once I have been on for a while. When I go to the GWRRA site I can move around freely, no problem.
Is anybody else having this issue or is it just me. I have two computers and it's the same on both.

Hey,how are things?Been riding much, your weather has been pretty nice,a bit smokey perhaps.

Opinion on a 2004,198000km.Trackside in Olds has it for sale and claim it's been very well serviced. An older man had it,bought it from them and traded on a new one. They didn't do all the service work but most of it.Marvin claims he has every reason to belive it's in excellent condition. The body is excellent, has a couple of sratches but nothing seriousmnot layed down from what i can tell.Fires up and idles smooth, however there sounds like a little grinding when at an idle, perhaps clutches or the chain?Havn't driven it due to rain, but will when it clears off.107000 miles seems like alot, and he wants 10k?
What do you think,a friend of mine is going to check it out also, but just wanted your opinion.

    Thanks,Paul
