Just found this site searching for a cruise control problem.
Am on my fourth GoldWing over 22 years, 1000, 1200, 1500 and now a '01 1800. All black. Honda kept making them bigger so I just had to keep up. Live in the North Georgia mountains and have to ride off one to go riding. Life is good!
Just got back from a 500 mile tour of the Georgia, Tennessee, and NC mountains with 30 of my closest friends over a 3 day weekend.
Enjoy working on motorcycles and cars but the GL's have never provided much entertainment in that regard. Current cruise control problem is the first issue I have had in 100k miles on 4 wings. Sorry, forgot about the fork seals on the 1200 for a moment.
I'll go over to the forum and post my CC question now.
