Hi guys. I'm in the market for an older vintage wing and need a place for some help.

I went and looked at an 82 Aspencade yesterday. It has sat for a while with a half tank of gas which bothers me. The front brake lever pulls right to the bar like a clutch lever. The fork seals are gone and it has almost like a swade covering on the seat. It fell over before and the fairing has slight damage and got tweaked a little but I was thinking of offering him $2,000 for it. I still need to hear it run. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I figure with some money and a few weeks I could have it working pretty good. I still want to look around though. I just bought a brand new Ducati M1100s so I cant afford more than 4,000 for a second bike which limits me to a mid eighties Wing.
