I have an 02 which I purchased used with 19K miles, and now has 30K on the clock. I have read elsewhere that some years had been known to suffer alternator drive failures, which could lead to foreign metal parts floating around inside the engine. The first sign, as I understand it, will be noise at idle, and low engine speeds. Ive not had this with mine, but would like to hear more about this if any of you are knowledgable about it.
