Finally success!!!!
After changing front tires 3 times, no joy, the dealer re torqued my head bolts. No wobble!!!! $200.00 later, )it's part of regular maintenance, every 12-15000 km) I have a smooth bike.
Thank you to all who made suggestions.

I will be surprised if it doesn't come back. The only way to get rid of it for good is to put tapered bearings in the head.
