Does anybody know if there are any extended passenger hand grips available anywhere. My short better half would be more comfy with hand grips that were an inch or two higher.

I've never seen anything like that but maybe passenger arm rests would work..

I agree, use arm rests, she shouldn't be holding onto the grab rails anyway, is she new to Gold Wings. Once she gets comfortable on the bike she won't use the grips, my wife used to sleep on the back of our gold wing and others I know would read book back there.
