i have a 1996 gl1500 and im going to be replaceing the tires very soon. i have bias ply tires on the bike now and wanted to know? if radials would be good on my machine . the tires i have now are dunlop E3's

Stratman 05-22-2010, 04:17 PM Greetings from Canada bigv. I've heard that you should run bias ply on the 1500's...the radials being suited to the 1800. I run the E3 on my 1500 and love them. I think you would be wise to stick with the type of tire that came with the bike.
