I have a "Wingsoft - Complete" factory seat conversion with new foam in the driver and passenger seat along with the straightened passenger backrest. This is not the "Wingsoft - Large" that pushes the driver seat back 1-2 inches. That could be added by buyer.
I have a Utopia Driver Backrest mounted on a Utopia slide-out bracket, which is nice for getting on and off the bike and for more passenger room, if needed. The seats & back have heat but it was never hooked up to the bike. Ready to go on the '01 thru '05 Goldwings. Not sure if the heat hooks-up to the newer bikes.
Keep your seat as a spare in-case you trade in your bike or Trike. I have close to $800 in this seat rebuild. Bike has 20k miles, and the seat was always covered under the B&G Upholster cover or sheepskin before I had the Wingsoft conversion. Asking for $550, remember the Utopia is $200 alone.
