The Amsoil that I have on hand is series 2000 Synthetic
75W-90, What is "SVG".

Wow.... You have had that for a while ! Series 2000 was the previous gear lube to the Severe Gear..
Use it up..

We have 2 fork oils... Most big bikes will take the 10 Weight... The 5 is too light except for some Sport Bikes or little stuff..
Quick story.... Had a guy arguing he needed "0" wgt as that was what the Factory Fork oil had on The label...
I checked cSt's on the OEM oil and ours... Yeah... The OEM lied and their's was a 5 wgt too.. Go figure.. a lie on the label.. LOL
