I just bought a 1985 GL1200LTD, and the speedometer doesn't work, just reads "0", I'm thinking it's the speed sensor, is there anything else I can check ?:confused:

... Howdy ... It Is Possible The Plug Has Come Lose From The Back Of The Digital Display ... If So It Is A Real Pain To Access ... Also On The Hub The Sensor Forks Might Not Be Engaged In The Drive Slots ... Happy Trails ...

Thanks for the help guys, I got a Clymer repair manual, that does help somewhat, my travel computer doesn't work either, like I said , I just got the bike, and I'm sure I might find a few more things wrong.
