I am a college design student working on a project where I am redesigning a seat and foot controls for a touring bike. The class deals with anthropometrics, which is the measurement of the human body. We are to apply our knowledge of human proportions to create a design which enhances the comfort of the rider on a motorcycle.

Why is this survey specifically targeting Harley Davidson owners/riders....this is a Honda Goldwing forum???
The mechanics, and ergonomics are totally different between the bikes.

My project is based on a Harley, just because that's what bike I have donated. However, I'm interested in all the touring info I can get, so I figured you all would know a thing or two about that...

If anybody wants to donate a Goldwing, I might be interested...

It's just that they are such different bikes, as far as ergonomics, seating, and foot placement. Would GoldWing info skew your results?
