'95 Aspy is this the proceedure?
Remove the windshild garnish , windshield , side lights and indicators, mirrors ,and the two knobs and air vents in the dash area the plastic cowl over the speakers will then lift off and you get access to the speakers.

... Howdy ... No No No ... Jack Up The Rear Tire .. Pull Out Every Other Spoke On The Front .. Scrape Some Paint Off The Left Side .. Loosen The Case Saver On The Right .. Then And Only Then Remove The Speaker ... Lol ... Sorry Carl Mine Is A 85 I Don't Know How To Pull The Spks. On Yours ... Happy Trails ...

if replacing 1500 wing speakers was as easy as replacing 1200 wing speakers my 1500 would have new speakers

Yep, that's how to do it. And if the speaker mesh is loose like mine was it's a good time to fix that also.

It's not that big of a project, I did my 92 and it wasn't bad at all.
