This is my first post. I just bought an 87 GL 1200 goldwing and would like to buy a Goldwing color matched helmet. My bike is black and grey with blue pinstripe. I have seen one that matches this before but wondered if anyone here might have one for sale?

I'd say you'd probably be better off to just buy your helmet of choice and then have a custom paint job done. A few years back, We bought my grandson a full coverage batter's helmet for baseball and found a local guy that did a beautiful custom paint job to his team colors and logo for $80.00.

i have matching helmets for my 1200 wing but no way would i wear one of them. they have never been in an accident but the foam padding is degraded, very uncomfortable to wear

Thanks guys. I like the possibility of a custom painting. I think I more wanted to buy one for the nostalgia of the older bikes and that you could buy them at that time. I will keep looking for an original and look in to a replica with custom paint.
