Hello group,
My name is John Miller from Whitney, Tx. I am a relative new member to this group and am looking forward to riding with you in the future.
I am experiencing a slight problem with the windshield on my 1500. I just replaced it with the vented type and I thought that I got it back together just as it was removed but now, it seems not to want to stay tight as it used to.
I am not the original owner and I suspect the screen had been replaced before. The rubber on the gasket seems flexible enough....I just don't know what, if anything, I've done wrong.
Any thoughts or advice is welcomed.

hello and welcome to the forum oldude, is it possable that when you reinstalled the new windshield that the windshield locks went in the wrong way?

locks?? didn't remove anything like that?? just the glass and the six or so slotted attachment screws...

i'll look in the shop and owners manual and see
