hitime 11-20-2009, 03:21 PM I'm considering changing the front tire on my GW trike to a car tire. Problem is that I can't find a tire with the same numbers as the front tire on the Wing. Anybody know what numbers I need to look for to get this? I don't need a bike tire, since I won't be using the sidewall anymore. I think a car tire would give me a little more grip. Two Wheel Wing 11-21-2009, 09:48 AM I've seen pics of it done on a GL1800 but I think it involves changes to the front forks to accomodate the larger tire. The stock rim is too narrow to take a CT. I've also heard of some guys running the stock rear tire on the front of trikes but again I don't have any idea about size.
