I have a 1985 Goldwing 1200 interstate I need to find out the quantity of fork oil to use. Also what type of oil to you I have 10w suspention fluid fork oil.

budoka 11-02-2009, 10:40 AM V4: The volume of fork oil should be 323cc if you just change it, 345 cc if you tear them down and rebuild. Recommended 15wt fork oil. Some will go the cheap route and use ATF, but it is much lighter, only comparable to about a 7.5wt. Hope this helps. ronzilla 11-02-2009, 11:22 AM ... Howdy ... Good Info. Budoka ...
