I'm looking at 2009 Wing in Mesquite Metallic. I couldn't find the colour anywhere in the U.S.. The Dealer told me it's a Canadian colour only. I love the colour myself. I think I better just go and buy it. I sold my Harley Road Glide.

I really wanted a new wing like yours, but had to settle for fixing up and retrofitting my 82. It's still very nice and turning out to be sweet... will post pics myself when all done...

I knew he had a Concours. I thought this was was a fresh post and it appeared as though he got himself a different bike.

Maybe he is thinking about a Wing? That's it! He has sellers remorse from getting rid of that wonderful looking bike and is gonna get him a brand new 2012 in the same color.

Thanks for the nice compliments on my 08. Or should I say my X 08. I do miss it, I sometimes think about calling the guy that bought it and asking him how its doing. I know when he bought it he wanted to know if I had all the stock (non chrome) parts. He said he likes to ride um, not shine um!! I almost didn't want to sell it to him!! I love my Concours but if my wife was still riding with me I never would have sold my Gold Wing. BUT, I am think what changes will make to the Wing in the a couple more years, Maybe 2015 might find me on a Wing again, if the good Lord hasn't called me home yet.

Your 08 was sharp, but there is just something about your 02 that jumps out at you. My pick would be the 02.. Hope your enjoying the new bike as much. How was it on your last trip??

Two Wheel Wing: I had a good time on my concours on our guys ride in May, only did about 1800 miles in 5 days but it was fun, we are planning another one in October for about a week.

With the 08 It seemed like they were out to get me, cagers didn't see me a lot of the time, but with that bright orange 02 the only way they couldn't see me is if they were blind. :eek:
