Only you can decide if it is a good deal. Look in KBB-Kelley Blue Book to determine what the value of the bike is alone. Think of all the add ons and you will go nuts determining their worth--add ons and chrome are only worth something if you would add them later.
Second look on the websites to determine the original cost of the trailer. You can always determine what things cost new and cut those prices in half.
Simply put--you are getting a lot of product for $13,000 and only you can determine if you are getting what you want.

I would say its a great deal! I looked at an 03 for 12,5 and it didn't have half the add ons this one does. Plus you get a trailer! My My.
Sounds like a real sweet deal. Everybody tells me that the bikes will go 100k with no problem.

Offer $12, and go from there, there are to many for sale now, see if he had the frame recall done, and what other recalls he has had done, check service records and overall condition of the bike. Here is an 08 for not much more
I must sell my Wing due to finances. She is an 08 with 13K miles.
