new to blogging on this site. can anyone tell me how to tighten up the throttle play? I have about 3/4" travel before engaging! Does this indicate some more serious issue. I just installed the kury 1800 chrome grips for heated grips! nice but I really noticed the play afterwards, didn't pay attention to it before. Help! Please if possible.

my wing is 07 metallic blk with navi/abs/comfort pkg/prem audio if that makes a difference.

On the right side coming into the housing where the kill switch is mounted there are two cables the top one has a long nut on it, that is tightened against a smaller nut, back that nut out until the slack is where you want it and retighten the small nut against it.
