Having a problem bike seems to run great except for low gas mileage so i was checking spark plugs and found out only 3 cylinders firing. Changed spark plug cords still not firing any idea?

Unfortunately the Honda service manual doesn't tell me what reading i am meant to get. Did test on pulse generator like manual says and getting bad reading is that because the coil is faulty? It is the #3 cylinder. Sorry if this sound amateur-ish not very mechanical minded learning as i go.
