Hummers

Betty went out to put a fresh jar of juice out for the Hummingbirds this morning I guest they were pretty hungry!!!!!!!

there are always tons of hummingbirds at my moms house. At the height of the season she has 5- 1quart feeders that she has to refill every day. At one point my dad had figured out how many hummingbirds it took to drink that much. They are quite fascinating to watch. They will start flying about the front door at moms when they are out of water. as if to say,"hey lady, fill up our sweet water"

awesome photos. So looking forward to trying to get some more pics of these. We have had a willy wagtail that has been hanging around the house for about the last year and I have been trying to get a good zoomed in shot and he seems to know the moment I am going to press the button and my frame ends up empty [sigh] he is a cheeky thing. counting down the weeks now....

They Buzz our kitchen window when a feeder gets empty.
